By downloading, installing, or using the LumaNox application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
LumaNox is a locally encrypted private photo and video safe application, providing the following core features:
All data processing occurs locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or collect your photos or videos. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Some premium features require a Premium subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund and subscription management policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. After subscription expiry, you can still access your encrypted data, but premium features will be limited.
The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, unless caused by our willful misconduct.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. Significant changes will be communicated in advance via in-app notifications or other appropriate channels where available.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date on this page.
