Welcome to XPX ("we", "our", or "XPX"). These terms apply to XPX products and services, including LumaNox: Private Photo Safe and related local-first tools.

Terms of Service

1. Service scope. XPX software is provided for personal use unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You may not reverse engineer, crack, resell, or redistribute our software without permission.

2. Accounts and data. Our products are designed to be local-first. Core LumaNox workflows do not require an XPX account, and vaulted media is intended to remain encrypted on your device.

3. Intellectual property. XPX software, documentation, interface design, icons, code, and brand assets are protected by intellectual property laws. Do not copy, modify, or use them commercially without authorization.

4. Disclaimer. XPX software is provided "as is". We do not guarantee perfect availability, suitability for every device, or absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your own backups where appropriate.

Privacy Policy

1. Data minimization. XPX collects as little information as possible. LumaNox's core photo and video vault workflows run locally; we do not upload your vaulted media to XPX servers.

2. Local-first design. Your data stays on your device by default. Any future service that changes that boundary will be disclosed clearly before you use it.

3. No ads or ad tracking. LumaNox is designed without third-party advertising SDKs, advertising identifiers, or behavioral ad tracking. We do not collect or share your data for ad targeting.
